Since 2011, we have delivered reliable, client-focused solutions across new builds, complex renovations, and remedial projects. Our approach is guided by a commitment to quality, transparency, and achieving practical outcomes. Whether you’re planning a residential build or managing rectification works, we take the time to understand your goals and collaborate with all stakeholders to minimise risk, ensure compliance, and deliver long-term value.
As a registered Class 1 and Class 2 building practitioner under NSW’s Design and Building Practitioners (DBP) Act, we are authorised to work on a wide range of residential and mixed-use developments—including multi-storey apartment buildings with shared spaces like basements or carparks. We embrace both traditional and alternative delivery methods to meet project needs efficiently and effectively. Our services span from early-stage planning and design coordination to contractor negotiations, construction oversight, and final inspections. We also offer independent building inspections, compliance checks, and expert advice throughout all project phases.
We specialise in remedial and rectification works, understanding the critical difference between fixing deterioration and correcting non-compliant or defective construction. Our expertise in both areas enables us to deliver compliant, cost-effective outcomes that enhance safety, durability, and the longevity of buildings.
Our commitment to safety, integrity, and maintaining long-standing client relationships is the foundation of our success. Backed by a skilled team and a deep understanding of evolving regulatory frameworks, we act as your independent advisor—simplifying processes, avoiding delays, and protecting your interests from concept to completion.
What is Class 2 builder (practitioner)?
Class 2 buildings are usually multi-storey, multi-unit apartment buildings where people live above or below each other. Class 2 may also be a single storey attached dwelling where there is a common space below such as a carpark or basement.
From 2020, new laws have applied to the NSW building and construction industry. Design practitioners, principal design practitioners, building practitioners and professional engineers must be registered to make compliance declarations, perform professional engineering work, or perform other work under the DBP Act.
